40ft Pellet Store and Biomass Boiler House

Lion Containers (Biomass) Ltd recently supplied a new 40ft container; painted green and converted into a biomass pellet store and boiler housing. The specification is as follows, images can be viewed below:
  • 40ft Biomass Pellet Store And Boiler Housing Case Study.
  • Personnel Door supplied and fitted 910mm x 2065mm Left hand Hung outward opening, right hand side of cargo doors.
  • Louvred vents to be supplied and fitted (300mm x 300mm) in right cargo door  (1 will be High and the other Low level) - no specific location provided due to types of door configurations.
  • 12 inch opening/closing Porthole Window fitted in steel bauk head partition.
  • Steel Baulk Head Partition at 6m down container from cargo doors.
  • 18mm Ply line 20ft Pellet Store and Angled pellet feed trough housing at 45 degrees on all 4 sides including partition (one side) No ply to roof.
  • Custom Fabricate 600mm x 600mm Access Hatch and cut apertures in baulk head partition. Access opening from boiler room side.
  • Internally Paint Boiler Room area in RAL 7035 including partition (one side).
