Sliding Roof for Biomass Units

Sliding roofs are perfect if you require easy access from above, into your biomass unit. Recently we were asked to remove a 7ft x 8ft section of roof, and a sliding roof hatch was then fabricated and installed (see video below). The customer required a system whereby they could tip pellets into the unit with ease. We designed a solution and created CAD drawings for our customer, once the design was signed off we fabricated it in house.
